SYNOZ ONE® is used for the relief of pain and stiffness in synovial joints, particularly the knee joint and other synovial joints, associated with degenerative and traumatic changes.
Our intra-articular injectable products are minimally invasive medical procedures typically administered by a general practitioner. These treatments enable patients to continue their lives without pain-related limitations, supporting the preservation of mobility and enjoyment of daily activities. They may also help delay surgical interventions such as joint replacement (e.g., knee arthroplasty), which are complex and costly.

Cross-linked
SYNOZ ONE® is a long-acting, high-efficacy intra-articular injection.

Single injection
A single dose of SYNOZ ONE® injection is administered for long-lasting pain relief.

Ultra-high viscosity
SYNOZ ONE® has the highest viscosity capacity, providing maximum shock absorption and friction reduction.

60 mg HA per syringe
SYNOZ ONE® provides an optimal amount of HA in a small volume.

Why two different injectable products?
SYNOZ solutions share common fundamental characteristics. Both are manufactured in advanced European production facilities in compliance with the highest quality standards. They feature ultra-high sterility, are water-soluble, and are of biofermentation origin (free from chemical or animal-derived proteins).
However, they also have important differences. These specific product characteristics make each option suitable for selecting the most appropriate treatment based on the patient’s clinical condition:
SYNOZ sodium hyaluronate is produced via Streptococcus equi fermentation and is meticulously purified.
Multiple injections or single injection?
SYNOZ injections are administered once a week, for a total of up to five injections. This weekly treatment protocol allows both the physician and the patient to monitor treatment response and progress.
SYNOZ is administered as a single injection, offering a highly efficient solution in selected cases and providing advantages for both physicians and patients.
Both treatments are suitable for all synovial joints. The physician or specialist determines which administration protocol is most appropriate for the patient’s needs.
KYERON Quality Assurance
The sterilization method is a fundamental part of safety.
The terminal steam sterilization of SYNOZ ONE® ensures both internal and external sterility of the syringe. This specialized sterilization method increases the sterility level of the syringe up to 1,000-fold compared to conventional methods.
Reduction of contamination and severe acute inflammatory reaction risk
SYNOZ ONE® offers safer use thanks to its structure, which contains no animal-derived components and is produced solely through biofermentation.
Patented cross-linked molecules
Viscosity is a critical parameter in the treatment of pain in synovial joints. SYNOZ ONE® has superior viscosity capacity, providing maximum shock absorption and friction reduction.
To achieve this viscosity level, a patented cross-linked molecular structure has been developed. This structure forms a dense hyaluronic acid network by linking individual hyaluronic acid molecules together.
Stabilization achieved through a patented process slows the enzymatic degradation of hyaluronic acid. As a result, a long-lasting and superior cushioning effect that protects the joint is provided.

Best-in-class clean products
KYERON is committed to developing the cleanest possible products. Our first medical solutions were biomaterials for open surgery, where the risks of infection, allergy, and inflammation are at their highest. For this reason, we have implemented unique sterility and safety measures from the very beginning.
